A luxury private villa Spain to rent in a peaceful area in La Fustera with a nice sea view from the naya you will find villa La Malva. The property comprises an upper floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 double, 1 with en-suite and 1 twin, there is also a roomy lounge, diner with wide screen plasma tv and sky tv on this level with a separate fully fitted kitchen and a lovely covered terrace looking towards the sea, on the lower level there are a further 2 bedrooms, and lounge diner also with sky tv and dvd plus a shower and wc room, a private 8x4 meter pool and enclosed private parking, the house is surrounded by mature palms and manicured garden areas. All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. The steps to the pool from the upper level are double gated making this villa child safe, please note that there is no inner staircase here so that the entrances to upstairs and down are separate which gives more privacy between groups. This is a very large villa with everything you need for a superb relaxing holiday. There are lots of lovely terraces all around the property, one is a welcoming rooftop terrace surrounded by balustrade with bbq and al-fresco dining area and is a wonderful large area with fine views over the pool area. Villa La Malva is completely walled in and the steps down to the pool area are double gated making it child friendly and safe. There is a poolside shower also.
