Los Altillos is set back from the road down its own private driveway and behind remote controlled electronic gates. This is a unique and immaculate 3 bed roomed villa with a total plot size of 2035 square meters. The extra large 12 x 5 meter kidney shaped pool is surrounded by beautiful terracing and mature shrubs. Wonderful sea views can be enjoyed from most rooms and all terraces. The property recently underwent an extensive refurbishment and is furnished and decorated to a luxury standard. The property is fully air conditioned, has full gas central heating. The beautiful living area with sumptuous leather sofas and elegant decor leads out through the French doors onto the fabulous terrace with stunning views over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, a fantastic place to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the spectacular views. If you are lucky enough to visit Moraira during one of its many fiestas then this is a great place to watch the spectacular firework displays that light up the evening sky. The handsome formal dining room leads through to the fully fitted kitchen which has every appliance you could require including a dishwasher. The kitchen leads out onto a rear courtyard which provides access to a utility room which contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second large fridge. The gorgeous master bedroom which has been stylishly furnished has a luxury en-suite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms stylishly furnished with one of the twin rooms having its own terrace and seating area overlooking the pool with magnificent sea views. Outside the villa there is a further large terrace with dining table and chairs for six and a typical Spanish Barbeque, fantastic for al fresco dining on those hot Spanish nights. The extra large kidney shaped floodlit swimming pool with roman steps has its own poolside shower and is surrounded by terracing and beautiful landscaped gardens providing shady areas and containing a fantastic variety of Mediterranean palms, shrubs, cacti, flowers and trees. There are sun beds and yet another dining area for six people by the poolside.
