This is a beautiful extremely well appointed luxury villa in Spain in a very peaceful area of Calpe and just 15 minutes walk to beaches and all ammenities. Casa Hoy which is Spanish for home today comprises 3 floors all very tastefully furnished and is ideal for a relaxing luxury holiday. On the top floor you will find a double bedroom with en suite, this room is accessible by an external spiral staircase.
On the 1st floor you will find 2 double bedrooms one of which has en suite and a twin bedroom, all have balconies overlooking the beautiful 10 x 4 meter pool with slide, a kiddies paddling pool has been added for 2008. There is a further shower room here as well as a very comfy air conditioned lounge with dining area and a modern kitchen. The lower level which is accessed by a lift is paradise itself with huge living room, dining room, pool table,
family bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed, shower room, large modern kitchen with dishwasher etc, poolside porch with conservatory set etc etc etc. Outside you will find what you came for and will probably come back for..again and again, a fantastic large pool with childrens slide, a huge sunbathing terrace, a beautiful fitted outdoor kitchen, bbq, pool heating for the milder months,
mature palms and well kept garden areas and private parking behind electric gates. Casa Hoy is totally enclosed and not overlooked giving you maximum privacy and tranquility.
